Over the past 25 years, players of all ages and skill levels have enthusiastically participated, seeking both physical fitness and social connections. Our emphasis on teamwork, respect, and sportsmanship contributes to a positive and supportive culture.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">At Western Sydney Volleyball, we focus on coaching not just the player, but the whole athlete. Our dedicated coaching staff are committed to developing not only your volleyball skills but also your leadership, teamwork, and personal growth. SOME JUST LIKE TO ESCAPE FOR AN HOUR EACH WEEK FOR SOME GREAT FUN WHILE OTHERS WANT TO IMPROVE THEIR SKILLS AND TAKE ADVANTAGE OF THE ADVICE AND COACHING OF MORE EXPERIENCED PLAYERS. .<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Games are best of 3 sets (set 1 &amp; 2 first to 25 with a 2 point lead) and a third set will be played if time permits (first to 15 with a 2 point lead).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>games run for 40 minutes (However we will always allow extra time to ensure we have a clear winner).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>teams are expected to complete Refereeing, scoring and lines person duties from time to time (refer to your roster for details)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>WHILE WE ARE CONSTANTLY IN TOUCH WITH THE FIVB RULES AND REGULATIONS WE MAKE SOME SMALL CHANGES TO THE RULES TO MAKE IT MORE FUN AND EXCITING FOR NEWER PLAYERS<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>What to bring?<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>A drink bottle (it can get hot!)
